Romantic Red Rose Floral Design Garden Urn – Beautiful Round design for Florists and Designers

Romantic Garden Urn – Beautiful Round Red Rose Floral Design for Florists. What is more romantic than dreaming about walking through a garden of beautiful roses? I’m Erik Witcraft AIFD, floral contributor for Florist Review Magazine.

I am going to show you how to make a beautiful urn arrangement that’s truly spectacular and that your customers will really love. Let’s get started!

First, I anchored a brick of foam presoaked with floral preservative into the urn with waterproof adhesive tape. Next, I took an 8” oasis sphere from Smithers-Oasis and paved ‘Freedom’ roses around the entire surface except for the bottom. I anchored the sphere into the container with long hyacinth stakes. Next, I will place Italian ruscus, this fragrant scented geranium, seeded eucalyptus, and dusty miller to create an attractive base around the luscious rose orb. I am using a variety of fabulous ROYAL FLOWERS roses including soft pink ‘Jessika’, red ‘Freedom’, and lavender ‘Sky Garden’ roses. I am also using ‘Purple Sky’, ‘Super Nova’, and ‘Purple Irischka’ spray roses. Once I have all the spectacular roses in place, I will incorporate these burgundy cymbidiums in water tubes adding that luxe quality to this design.

The idea here is to create an abundant flowing textural feel that truly is romantic. Lastly, insert some ‘Magical Blue Lagoon’ eryngium as an accent and these branch hearts I created out of Kunzea ahead of time…WOW FACTOR! Overall, we have created a generationally appealing design that is garden-style but truly romantic! It’s perfect for the sweethearts of your world! The sweethearts of your business! Love is in the air!
