This long elegant design looks highly sophisticated, but is much easier to create than you may think.
These beautiful roses are expensive but something similar can be created with Dahlia, bloom Chrysanthemum or Dianthus (carnation). Mini Gerbera will work but as they are two dimensional, rather than three-dimensional, they will not give such an interesting effect.
