Korean Kocoji – Traditional Korean Floral Arranging

Korean Floral Arrangements

In today’s world, the East and the West have distinct cultures and emotions. The ways in which these distinctive cultures enjoy the beauty of flowers have also evolved. As a florist studying Western flower arrangements, The authors asked themselves the question: “Who am I?” This question drew them into the world of Eastern flower arrangement.

After all, the Flower arrangement in Korea is reflective of the people’s nature and taste for the arts.

It’s an important element of their unique culture that expresses our beauty and who they are. There was a time in history when flower arrangements once boomed as a common hobby of Korean women. However, it is regrettable that today, Korean flower arrangements are often only performed by professional groups.

WildFlower Media is proud to share this new book with you to help you explore the timeless beauty and elegance of Korean Floral Arrangements.
