Hello! Here’s a new one for you to celebrate spring weather and all that’s good as we head into the weekend! 🙂 In this video, Lauren harvests chamomile for tea and shares a simple process to bring feelings of well-being time and again.
Fresh Chamomile Tea Ingredients * 3-4 Tbsp fresh chamomile flowers * 1 small, fresh sprig of mint (optional) * 8 oz boiling water Method 1. Fill tea kettle with 8 oz of water and begin to heat. 2. Place 3-4 Tbsp of chamomile and mint (if using) into teapot. 3. Pour boiling water over the chamomile flowers and mint. Steep for 5 minutes. 4. To serve, pour into teacup using a fine mesh strainer, as needed.
