Flower Breathing Meditation

inspired by the flourishing spring flowers, here is a simple 5 minute Flower Power Breathing Meditation. Please don’t be put off by the word ‘meditation’, this is a simple practice to help us feel calm and centered, allowing us to embrace the turning inwards for rest and quiet, whilst also supporting us moving outwards when we want and need to. Just as petals on a flower unfurl with daylight, and later furl inwards with dusk – beautiful, natural and organic. I hope you enjoy it, I’d love to hear how you get on?
